Broccoli Corn Bread (Weight Watchers)

Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 box corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup egg substitute
  • 1 medium onion chopped

Preparation

Step 1

DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together. Best cooked
in iron skillet.

Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
