Ingredients
- 10 oz frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
- 1 box corn muffin mix
- 1 cup egg substitute
- 1 medium onion chopped
Preparation
Step 1
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together. Best cooked
in iron skillet.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
