Ingredients
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 3 c veggies
- 8 oz fettucine pasta
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lb shrimp, prepared
- 1/4 t crushed red pepper
- 1/2 c fresh basil
Preparation
Step 1
In saute pan lg enough to hold pasta after cooked, warm oil over med heat for 1 min. Add veggies, cook and stir 2-3 min. Reduce heat. Cover pan and cook for about 2-3 min more. Meanwhile, cook pasta, drain and reserve. Add garlic and shrimp to saute pan, cook and stir 3-4 min or til shrpim just begins to turn pink. Add flakes and basil. Add pasta. Cook and stir for 1 min, serve at once.
