Ingredients
- Cake Ingredients:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 small box instant lemon pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 C. oil (canola, vegetable, etc.)
- 1 1/2 C. 7-UP or similar citrus soda
- ICING/FROSTING:
- 2 C. powdered sugar
- 2 T. lemon juice (I used fresh lemon juice, but reciped says bottled type is
- fine)
- 1-2 T. milk
- zest from real lemon (if using real lemon juice)
Preparation
Step 1
-preheat oven to 325 degrees
-spray 10 inch bundt pan with cooking spray
-Combine all cake ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
-Pour batter into bundt pan.
-Bake for 45 to 55 minutes (until inserted toothpick comes out clean) mine was
45 minutes.
-Allow to cool completely, then remove from pan.
-Combine and mix powdered sugar,lemon juice and lemon zest in a small bowl.
-Add milk slowly until you reach desired consistency.
-Pour over cake and enjoy!
