Clam Chowder

Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 2 stocks celery
  • 1 pkg corn
  • 2 cubes margarine, melted
  • 1 quart half and half
  • 3 heaping Tbls flour
  • 1 qt milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can minced clams

Preparation

Step 1

Dice and boil potatoes. Boil celery with potatoes. Cook corn separately. Add corn, melted butter, half and half, flour, milk, salt and pepper. Add clams last.
