- 1 lb noodles (colored rotini)
- 2 jars roasted red peppers; drain
- 1 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 med orange and yellow pepper; chopped or sliced
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup chopped chives
- Juice from 2 lemons
- Salt and Pepper

Cook noodles. Combine all.
