Ingredients
- 1 spice cake mix
- 1 box of butterscotch pudding
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups shredded carrots
Preparation
Step 1
Beat all of the ingredients together except for the carrots. When all mixed, add the carrots and mix with a spatula.
Spread or spray crock pot with oil (Use Pam Spray for less calories
Cook on low for 4-6 hours in a slow cooker.
Place a paper towel on top before putting on the lid to absorb the oil.
