Ingredients
- 1 Tbl. grapeseed oil
- 2 cloves garlic sliced
- 1 small red onion sliced
- 1 sprig fresh oregano
- sea salt
- 1 Tbl. butter
- 1 small fennel bulb
- red pepper
- 1 lagre head escarole
Preparation
Step 1
in a large skillet, medium heat
add oil , garlic and butter, cook until garlic golden
add fennel, onion , cook until almost tender
add escarole, oregano, red pepper flakes, season with salt, cook until esacrole wilted about 3-4 minutes
serve hot
