BBQ PULLED PORK SANDWICHES

COOK TIME: 12-14 hrs.,LOW 6-7 hrs., HIGH

*can serve w/applesauce and a salad. (Makes a full meal)

Ingredients

  • 1 pork shoulder roast (2 1/2 lb.) browned, trimmed
  • 1 bottle BBQ sauce
  • 1 teas. brown sugar
  • 1 tab. lemon juice
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 8 hamburger bums

Preparation

Step 1

PLACE: roast (cut to size) in cooker. COVER/COOK on L/H.
REMOVE FROM COOKER: shred with 2 forks. RETURN to cooker
ADD: BBQ sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar & onion. COVER/COOK on low for 2 hrs. (HIGH for 1 hr.)
MIX well. Serve on buns/hard rolls.
