Ingredients
- 4 cups low fat frozen yogurt, softened
- 1 1/2 cups red marachino cherries, drained and chopped
- 1 6 oz chocolate cookie pie creust
- 1/2 cup frozen reduced caloired topping.
- 2 tablesppons grated bittersweet chocolate
- 8 red maraschino cherries with stems
Preparation
Step 1
1. combine frozen yogurt and cherries in a large bowl, fold gently to combine. spoon yogurt mixture into piecrust. Cover and freeze 8 hours or until firm.
2. Cut into 8 slices and top each with topping, garnish tihw chocolate and cherries.
