Rice and Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Cooked Rice
  • Salt
  • 1 Cup Diced Pineapple
  • 3 Tbs. Butter
  • 3 Tbs. Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Put 1/3 of rice in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Dot with 1 Tbs. butter and sprinkle with 1 Tbs. sugar. Add 1/3 cup of pineapple. Make 3 layers, ending with pineapple on top. Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
