Ingredients
- 6 Large Russet Potatoes
- 1/2 Cup Butter - softened
- 3/4 - 1 Cup milk or Half & Half Cream
- 3 Tbs. Crumbled Bacon
- 3 Tbs. Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 Tbs. Snipped Chives
- 1 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Bake Potatoes at 375 for one hour or until soft
Cool.
Cut a thin slice off the top of each potato.
Scoop out pulp and place in bowl, add butter and mash (make it a little lumpy)
Blend in milk, bacon, onion, chives, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of cheese
Spoon into shells
Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika
Place on baking sheet.
Bake uncovered @ 375 for 25-30 minutes or until heated through
