Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. raspberry jam
  • 1/4 c. orange marmalade
  • 1/2 c. brandy
  • 3 chopped scallions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • 3 Tblsp butter
  • 1 lb mahi mahi

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan, heat jam, marmalade, brandy, scallions, garlic and butter for 5 minutes til smooth and flavors blend.

In casserole dish, place fish fillets skin-side down and top fillets with sauce. Let marinate for 30 minutes.

Preheat broiler. Broil fish for 10-15 minutes til firm. Serve with extra sauce.
