Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 french mushrooms
  • 1 tomato
  • Few bamboo shoots
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 pt. chicken soup
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp monosodium glutamate
  • 2 tbsp cooked green peas
  • 1 tsp oil

Preparation

Step 1

Slice the tomatoe, bamboo shoots and mushrooms. Beat eggs, boil the soup, add shoots, mushrooms and tomatoe.

Cook 1 minute
Add salt and glucomate, bring to boil, drop beaten eggs into soup and cook 2 minutes.
