Ingredients
- 3 french mushrooms
- 1 tomato
- Few bamboo shoots
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 pt. chicken soup
- salt
- 1/2 tsp monosodium glutamate
- 2 tbsp cooked green peas
- 1 tsp oil

Preparation
Step 1
Slice the tomatoe, bamboo shoots and mushrooms. Beat eggs, boil the soup, add shoots, mushrooms and tomatoe.
Cook 1 minute
Add salt and glucomate, bring to boil, drop beaten eggs into soup and cook 2 minutes.
