Trout Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ozs trout (cooked, flaked)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (soft)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp purple onion (finely chopped)
  • lemon juice to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch fresh parsley

Mix together and serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
