C hinese Egg Rolls

Ingredients

  • 4 -6 Green onions, chopped.
  • 1/2 can bamboo shoots chopped
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts.
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. diced meat (ham,pork.
  • Chicken, or shrimp)
  • 2 c. shredded cabbage
  • 3/4 c. fresh bean sprouts
  • 2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbls. Sesame oil
  • 2 Tbs. Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbd. Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbs. Cooking Sherry
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the above ingredients. Put about 2--3 TBls. filling in each egg roll skin. Fold and deep fry until golden brown. Serve with
Sweet sour sause. Makes 16 egg rolls.
