Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2-3 filets mahi mahi
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • kosher salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1.5 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Defrost and dice fish into cubes. Marinate in 1/2 lemon juice for 10 minutes. Heat oil in pan. Add fish and garlic. Cook until done - roughly 10 minutes. Add spices. Before serving, squeeze other half of lemon over fish. Serve with freshly cooked tortillas, pico de gallo, and sour cream.
