Artichokes Ramaki

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and sliced into halves or quarters
  • 8 slices of bacon, cut in half
  • onion salt

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle artichoke pieces with onion salt. Wrap 1/2 slice bacon over each artichoke piece. Broil 6 inches from heat about 8 minutes, turning once. Can be fixed and refrigerated until ready to broil. serves 8 to 16 depending on size of artichoke pieces.
