Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans , trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup fresh mushroom slices
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground thyme
Preparation
Step 1
1 Mix together all of the ingredients in a pot, and bring to a boil.
2 Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and let simmer for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
