Ingredients
- 1 (19 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 c. fresh or thawed frozen corn kernels
- 8 scallions, sliced
- 1/2 c. diced tomato
- 2 t. fresh lime juice
- 1 t. ground cumin
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all of the ingredients in a largebowl. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled, at least 2 hours.
