Fried Bananas

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. egg roll skins
  • 8 ripe bananas
  • 8 skewers
  • 1 1/2 c. canola oil
  • choc. syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Cut off the top & bottom of each banana and peel. Place egg roll skin on a flat surface w/ one corner towards you like a diamond. Place one banana on the lower corner of a skin and roll up, folding in the sides at the same time. Moisten top corner w/ water and press to seal. Insert a skewer into one end of each banana roll.

Pour oil into wok and set to SEAR. Place 1 banana roll into wok; cook 3 mins. on each side. Repeat w/ remaining rolls. Drizzle choc syrup over bananas and serve.
