Broccoli Spears In Shallot Butter

  • 1 lb. Broccoli Spears
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Shallots, chopped
  • 2 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Steam broccoli spears, covered for 4 min. In a sm. saucepan, melt butter over med-heat. Add shallots; cook 3 min; remove from heat. Stir in balsamic vinegar, lemon juice & salt. Drizzle butter mixture over broccoli & toss gently to coat. Serve.
