Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6.5 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 3 roma tomatoes chopped
  • 2 T chopped red onion
  • 1/4 c chopped black olives
  • 1 T chopped garlic
  • 2 T chopped fresh basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix everything and refrigerate for awhile. Serve with tortilla chips.
