German Chocolate Pound-Cake Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 - Package Betty Crocker Golden Pound
  • Cake Mix
  • 1/3 Cup Margarine OR Butter,Melted
  • 1 - Egg,Slightly beaten
  • 2 ounces Unsweetened Chocolate
  • 1/4 Cup (1/2 Stick)Margarine or Butter
  • 1 -Package Betty Crocker Coconut Pecan
  • Frosting Mix
  • 1 - Can (14 ounces)Sweetened Condensed
  • Milk
  • 1 - Teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 Degree

Grease Rectangular Pan,13x9x2 inches.

Mix Cake Mix (DRY),

1/3 Cup Margarine & The Egg.

Spread in pan.

Bake about 15 Minutes or until very light brown.

Cool 10 Minutes.

Heat Chocolate & 1/4 Cup Margarine in 3-Quart Sauce pan over low heat until
melted.

Stir in remaining ingredients;

Spread over baked layer.

Bake about 25 minutes or until top is
shiny & slightly cracked;cool

Cut into about 3x1-inch bars.
