Ingredients
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- 2 chicken breasts, each sliced across the grain into 4 strips/tenders
- 1 1/2 cup Corn Chex (gluten free), crushed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup gluten free all purpose flour
- seasoned salt.
Preparation
Step 1
Place eggs in bowl; place flour in separate bowl; place Corn Chex in a third bowl.
Dredge each piece of chicken in this order:
Flour, until lightly coated
Egg, cover all sides of chicken
Corn Chex with seasoned salt, until well coated
Place on baking sheet. When all are coated, place in oven. Bake for 25 min or until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
Enjoy plain or dip in favorite BBQ sauce or ranch dressing.
