Ingredients
- 1 CUBE MARGARINE
- 1 CUP FLOUR
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
- 1 LARGE PKG CREAM CHEESE
- 1 CUP COOL WHIP
- 1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
- 2 SMALL PKGS INSTANT LEMON PUDDING
- 3 CUPS MILK
Preparation
Step 1
MIX AND PRESS MARGARINE, FLOUR AND NUTS INTO A 9 x 13 PAN BAKE 15 TO 20 MIN IN 350 DEGREE OVEN. LET COOL
MIX CREAM CHEESE, COOL WHIP AND POWDERED SUGAR. SPREAD ON COOL CRUST
MIX LEMON PUDDING IN MIMLK; POUR OVER THE CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE. SPREAD COOL WHIP OVER TOP AND SPRINKLE WITH CHOPPED NUTS.
REFRIGERATE AT LEAST 3 HOURS BEFORE SERVING.
