Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 (20oz) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, sugar and salt in small saucepan; add pineapple and butter.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Yield: Filling for 3 layers
