Pineapple Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 20 oz can chunk pineapple, drained, reserve 2 tbs juice
  • 4 cup white bread cubed (about 7 slices)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, milk, pineapple and 2 tbs juice. Fold in bread cubes. Pour into a 9x9" baking dish and bake 45-55 minutes or until set. Bit it starts to get too brown, cover with foil the last 5-10 minutes. Serve warm.
