Yummy Italian pasta sauce

tomato sauce with capers and olives.

Ingredients

  • 3 large cans of whole roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup black olives (pitted)
  • 3 garlic cloves smashed by hand
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil per person and a little extra for good luck
  • 1/2 cup capers (in salt) dont rinse

Preparation

Step 1

Put tomatoes in a large pan, smash with a smasher

Put in rest of ingredients and mix well

Bake in oven at 350 for about 45 min or until you cant take it any longer, you can also just cook on the stove top too.
