Ingredients
- Salad:
- 1 pint strawberries, quartered
- 2 tablespoons (or more to taste) finely diced red/purple onion
- 1 head romaine lettuce, torn to bite size pieces
- Mix all together. Chill.
- Salad Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients together in blender or mixer. Chill.
Just before serving, pour on the dressing. This salad is especially good served with the sesame chicken strips. It is supposed to serve between 6-8 people but be prepared that people will want seconds!
