Ingredients
- Yukon Gold Potatoes with skin on
- Fresh Thyme
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Bash the potatoes so they crack slightly
Put in a generous amount of olive oil in the skillet
Lay the fresh thyme sprigs down
Lay portatoes on top
Sprinkle with pepper
Liberally sprinkle with salt
Cover and do a slow steam
