Watergate Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 3oz package pistachio instand pudding
  • 1 16 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 9 oz cool whip
  • 2 c miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly blend marshmallows, pineapple, juice and whipped cream. Add pudding mix and blend throughly.

Refrigerate. Let set 2-3 hours or overnight before serving.

Delightful as a desert or salad on lettuce greens.
