Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tsps. yellow mustard
- 16 oz. frozen broccoli flowerets,thawed
- 1 c. shredded cheese (4 oz.)
- 1/3 c. dried bread crumbs
- 2 tsps. butter,melted
Preparation
Step 1
Stir the soup,mustard,broccoli and cheese in a 1 1/2 qt. casserol
Stir the bread crumbs and butter in a sm. bowl.
Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the broccoli mixture
Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until the mixture is hot and bubbling
RICE IS NICE
Add 2 cups cooked white rice to the broccoli mixture before baking.
CHEESE CHANGE-UP
Substitute mozzarella cheese for the cheddar
