Ingredients
- 6 cups peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 t. lemon juice
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (mix dark and light)
- 2 T. flour
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
- shake of nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Mix peaches with lemon juice. Stir in additional ingredients. Place in 9 inch pie plate with a lattice top.
Bake at 425 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
