Ingredients
- 1 lb small new potatoes, sliced in half
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 T olive oil
- 1/2-1 t rosemary
- 1/2-1 t thyme
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients into a 10" x 15" metal baking pan.
Toss to ensure that all potatoes and beans are covered with oil. Place the pan on the grill and cook with the lid closed until potatoes and beans are soft, about 20-30 minutes. Stir occasionally while cooking.
