Ingredients
- 15 oz can black beans - drained & rinsed
- 12 oz dry broccoli slaw
- 8 oz pineapple tidbites - not drained
- 2 c. mango - chopped
- Jicama
- 1/3 c. plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Dijonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 drops coconut extract
- 1/8 tsp chili powder
- 1/8 tsp S&P
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients below yogurt
Mix with beans, slaw & fruit
Refrigerate at least 1 hour
