Ingredients
- 11/2 C. Water
- 36 Fresh Asparagus Spears, trimmed
- 1 Carton ( 8 oz. ) Spreadable Chive & Onion Cream Cheese
- 3-5 Tbsp. Prepared Horseradish
- 2 Pkgs. ( 5 oz. each ) Thinly Sliced Roast beef
Preparation
Step 1
In a lg. Skillet, bring water to a boil. Add asparagus; cover & boil for 2-3 min. or till tender-crisp. Drain & pat dry. In a sm. bowl, combine cream cheese & horseradish. Pat beef slices dry with paper towels. Spread each slice with a thin layer of cream cheese mixture; top with an asparagus spear. Roll up tighly. Refrigerate till serving.
