Ingredients
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup bella or cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 t. dried oregano
- 1/2 t. dried basil
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Saute garlic and tomatoes until tomatoes start to blister. Add seasonings and spinach and saute until spinach is just wilted.
