Ingredients
- Cooking spray or butter to grease dish
- 2 11 oz. cans Mexicorn drained
- 2 4.5 oz. cans green chilies
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
- 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 30-40 minutes.
Serve with corn chips.
