Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 (1 pound) package cubed Velveeta cheese
- Tortilla Chips
Preparation
Step 1
Brown and cook ground beef in skillet on low heat for about 10
minutes and drain. Transfer to sprayed slow cooker and add
onion,corn,salsa, and cheese
Cover and cook on low for 1 hour, remove lid and stir, serve with tortilla
chips
