Ingredients
- 1 t ginger
- 2 T hoisin sauce
- 1 T honey
- 4 6 oz salmon fillets
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- Spray
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat broiler. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle fish evenly with salt and pepper. Place fish, skin side down on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Brush with hoisin mixture. Broil 8-10 minutes or until done. 4 servings 307 calories
