Step 1
Mix 2 tbsp EVOO, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 small minced garlic clove, 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce adn 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper. Oil the grill and cut lettuce in half, leave ends in tact to keep it from falling apart. Grill about 6 minutes, turning once or twice, grill on medium high heat. Rmove and drizzle with vinagrette and sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
