Rocky Road Parfaits

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. (1.4 oz.) Chocolate Instant Pudding
• 2 cups cold milk
• 1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
• 12 Miniature Marshmallows
• 2 Tbsp. Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. Spoon 3/4 cup into medium bowl; gently stir in COOL WHIP until blended.

Spoon remaining pudding into 4 (6-oz.) parfait glasses or dessert dishes; top with Cool Whip mixture. Refrigerate 5 min.

Top with remaining ingredients.
