Thai Sea Bass

Ingredients

  • 3 lb bass
  • Zest and juice from 3 lines
  • 3 T fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 c soy sauce
  • 3 T vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 t red pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare Thai sauce. Coat fish pieces well with the sauce and grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes each side, or until the fish is opaque. Serves 10-12.
