Ingredients
- 3 lb bass
- Zest and juice from 3 lines
- 3 T fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 3 T vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 t red pepper flakes

Step 1
Prepare Thai sauce. Coat fish pieces well with the sauce and grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes each side, or until the fish is opaque. Serves 10-12.
