Rhubarb Sauce

Rhubarb Sauce

Makes 1 ¾ cups
1 pound of rhubarb, tops removed
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. Cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Cut rhubarb into 1 inch pieces, combine sugar, cinnamon and salt. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat and cover and simmer until saucy for 5 to 8 minutes. Cool to room temp.
