Ingredients
- 4 large white sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp. fresh thyme (leaves removed from stem)
- 2 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. no-salt (potassium salt)
- 1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together until all sweet potatoes are coated.
3. Pour sweet potatoes into a large glass baking dish (little larger than 9 x 13 in.). Place dish into preheated oven and bake for 40 - 50 min, or until lightly browned and tender. Stir sweet potatoes every 15 minutes to ensure even baking.
