Ingredients
- 1 CN SALMON
- 1/4 C BUTTER
- 1 MED ONION
- 1/4 C FLOUR
- 1 C MASHED POTATOES
Preparation
Step 1
1. SAUTE CHOPPPED ONION IN BUTTER UNTIL TRANSPARENT.
2. ADD FLOUR AND LIQUID FROM THE CAN SALMON.
3. STIR UNTIL THICKEN, THEN ADD SALMON AND MASHED POTATOES. STIR UNTIL BLENDED.
4. CHILL OVER NIGHT.
5. USE 1/2 CUP MEASURE TO MAKE PATTIES AND FRY IN OIL.
