Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Toss together shrimp, garlic, lime juice, and 1 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper. Marinate in fridge 45 minutes.
Heat remaining 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium. Add shrimp, cook through, 2 minutes per side.
