Ingredients
- 11/2 Tbsp. Honey
- 11/2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 2 Salmon Steaks, 6-8 oz. each
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients; brush mixture over both sides of fish. Lightly spray both sides of fish with cooking spray. With the lid closed, grill the fish over direct high-heat till just turning opaque in center ( 7-10 min. ), turning once. Serve.
